H2CAP Q & A


Q: Can this be used for travel?
A: Yes, It is powered by a USB adapter or your cellular phone.

Q: How do I charge it?
A: It is electrically powered. There is no battery to charge. It requires a USB connection either to a computer, wall charger, cellular phone or an external battery pak with a USB output.

Q: My H2CAP has almost ceased to function like it did. Only a few bubbles?
A: Pour some very hot water into the H2CAP and let it sit for a few minutes. Then try it again. This should resolve the problem.

Q: I understand that the H2CAP comes with a one-year warranty. If I need a get a replacement unit what do I need to do? 

A:  The H2CAP comes with a one-year warranty*. If you need a replacement for a non-working unit please return it in its entirety and we’ll send you a free replacement. H2CAP returns require that everything is sent back to us. If any part is missing there will be no replacement sent or refund paid until they are all returned.

*If the sticker at the bottom of the H2CAP Plus is damaged or removed the warranty will be void.
