Can You Overcome Acidity?

Acid Reflux is medically known as Gastoroesophogeal Reflux Disease (GERD). It is a condition that is common to adults especially those over the age of 40. This condition is healthy-oh heartburncharacterized by a burning sensation felt in the esophagus. It is caused by digestive juices moving up into (and sometimes damaging) the esophagus. The fluid in the stomach usually has a pH from 1.5 to 3.5. At this level, the liquids are ten times more acidic than normal cellular acid. This acid can cause leaks from the stomach to the esophagus associated with this disorder and cause acid reflux.

Research shows that one in ten adults suffer from acid reflux disease in their lifetime. The condition occurs when the acidic contents of the stomach move back into the esophagus. The symptoms can be very painful and can escalate to other medical complications. Healthcare providers generally recommend temporary drug treatment and suggest a specific diet for acid reflux disease.

There are several symptoms that you may experience that would indicate the development of this disease. The most common symptom is heartburn; a burning sensation that rises from the stomach or the underside of the chest up to the neck.

Regurgitation is another common symptom of GERD. Regurgitation occurs when food returns to the mouth after swallowing again. These and other prominent symptoms are capable of causing some serious issues if left untreated for several months. A good rule of thumb is to find a remedy if you experience symptoms of GERD more than twice a week.

Symptoms include:

  • Heartburn
  • Dry cough
  • Regurgitation
  • Sore throat
  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Feeling of a lump in your throat
  • Sour taste in your mouth

Drug treatment should only be temporary however; short-term drug therapy is repeated if symptoms come back. There are several factors as well as foods that consistently contribute to acid reflux. Doctors generally advise you to modify or eliminate these factors from your everyday life.

  • Obesity/Overweight
  • Smoking
  • Alcohol
  • Asthma
  • Pregnancy
  • Dry mouth
  • Delayed digestion
  • Connective tissue disorders

It is recommended that Humans should consume a diet that consists of 80% alkaline foods and liquids; however the average North American diet consists of only 3% alkaline foods and beverages. Carbohydrates like pasta, bread, potatoes and baked goods are acidic. Dairy is acidic. Sweets are acidic. Processed foods are acidic. These are the causes of acid reflux.

Acid Reflux Trigger Foods Include:

  1. Tomato-based food products
  2. Caffeine
  3. High fat and fried foods
  4. Chocolate
  5. Spicy food
  6. A citrus fruit
  7. Onions
  8. Mint and mint flavoring

Acid = Disease. Acid breeds viruses, bacteria, parasites and other forms of illness and it contributes to lethargy, a dull complexion, hormonal imbalances, acne, premature aging and stubborn weight gain. When you can get that nasty acid out of your body, you can thrive with energy and glowing health.

Get The Acid Out

Acid is the environment that viruses, bacteria and disease thrive in…if you can get the acid out of your system that wreaks havoc on your health, guess what happens? You nurture an inner alkaline environment. When you are in the alkaline state that your body was designed to thrive in, the effects can be awesome.

Getting the acid out of your body and maintaining an alkaline body creates an inner ecosystem that can naturally staves off illness and disease. It also has the pleasant effect of giving you lots of energy, clear and younger looking skin and shedding stubborn weight. An alkaline body thrives with energy; some even say “glows” with a vibrancy you only see on the healthiest of complexions.

Here’s How

Do you remember learning your first lesson in chemistry? A formula known as H2O… water, comprised of molecules, one part oxygen and two parts hydrogen. Well, Healthy OH Water, unlike normal water, is simply H-1-O (properly written is OH) or one part oxygen and one part hydrogen. That makes it a concentrated form of liquid known as “hydroxide”. In other words, it is a water molecule missinhealthyoh H2og one of the hydrogens. One of the H’s in H2O has been removed by the double-patented process that the inventor owns.

What happens when a water molecule needs one of its hydrogens? Let’s put it this way, “Mother Nature” does not like being out of balance, so that hydroxide molecule desperately searches for hydrogen so it can go from an H1O molecule back to a more balanced H2O molecule.

An ounce of hydroxide water concentrate mixed into a 32 oz. glass of pure water has the potential to dump trillions of acid-binding molecules into your body. When these H1O molecules are ingested they want to return to a more balanced H2O molecule so they are always searching for the hydrogen (aka acid) in your system. When they find that hydrogen (acid) the molecules can once again become H2O and then your body can get rid of them like it does all water, through your urine.
